Community Car Wash

The Community Car Wash is a passion project for Community Access Care founder and Managing Director Julie McCracken.

Julie’s dedication to assisting independence and giving people living with disabilities the opportunity to engage in paid work and training in a safe and supportive environment is the driving force behind the Community Car Wash. 

Our Community Car Wash employees are paid the full minimum hourly rate for their work, not just a percentage under a Supported Wage System. This gives our employees who are living with disabilities the opportunity to have the same financial security as any of our team.

We provide on the job training under the supervision and guidance of our qualified car detailer ensuring our team are learning transferable skills to set them up for success in future job opportunities.
